여우버들 Beak willow

여우버들 Beak willow. 학명 Salix xerophila Flod. 버드나무과의 낙엽활엽 소교목. 높이 2~5m, 잎은 장 타원형이며 표면은 녹색이고 뒷면은 흰빛이 돌며 잔털이 있으나 점차 없어진다. 꽃은 자웅이가로 꼬리모양꽃차례고 전년지 잎겨드랑이에 나며 기부에 2~3개의 소엽이 달리고 봄에 잎보다 앞서 핀다. 수술은 2개, 암술머리는 4개이다. 과실은 삭과로 여름에 성숙한다. 산정 부근의 암석지에 분포한다. 향적산.
