참배암차즈기 snake-sage. 산뱀배추, 토단삼, 여지초, 설견초. 학명 Salvia chanryonica Nakai 높이는 40-50cm 줄기는 네모지고 8~9월에 피는 꽃은 황색으로 양순형이다. 꽃의 모양이 마치 뱀이 입을 벌린 것 같은데서 이름이 유래했다. 어린순을 식용한다. 한국 특산이며 강장, 낙태, 산전후통, 자궁출혈, 통경 백우산.
