사데풀 Seashore sowthistle, field-sowthisle, 사쿠리나물, 방가지똥속의 다년초, 학명 Sonchus brachyotus DC. 높이 30-100cm 바닷가뿐만 아니라 내륙에서도 많이 볼 수 있다. 어린순 나물, 사료 이용, 全草(전초)인 거매채는 細菌性下痢症(세균성하리증), 喉頭炎, 虛弱咳嗽(허약해수), 內痔脫出(내치탈출), 白帶(백대)를 치료. 거매채화는 급성황달형 전염성간염을 치료한다.
