다북떡쑥 Asian pearly everlasting

 

 

 

다북떡쑥 Asian pearly everlasting. 구름떡쑥, 개괴쑥, 통장향(通肠香), 초롱꽃목 국화과 다북떡쑥속의 여러해살이풀, 높이는 20-35㎝. 줄기잎은 어긋나기하고 거꿀피침모양이며 뒷면은 면모가 밀생하여 회백색으로 된다. 꽃은 이가화로서 7-8월에 피며 연분홍색이고 꽃차례는 산방상이며 포편은 기와장을 인 모양으로 포개지고 5줄로 배열되며 윗부분은 순백색이고 밑부분은 검은빛이 돌며 털이 있다. 수과는 긴 타원형이고 순백색이다. 全草를 翅莖香靑(시경향청)이라 하며 止咳(지해), 祛痰(거담), 平喘(평천), 消腫(소종)의 효능이 暑氣寒氣(서기한기)에 의한 감기, 급·만성기관지엽, 이질, 장염을 치료한다. 설악산지역에 분포하며 자생지 및 개체수가 매우 적다. 중국 태산 정상.

떡쑥 / 김승기

 

떡을 해 먹지도 않는데

이름만 호사스런 풀

그래도 꽃은 볼만 하구나

 

넘기 힘들었던 보릿고개

옛날 그 때도

버무리 개떡

참쑥으로 만들었지

 

지금 별미로 먹는 송편 절편 인절미도

참쑥이라야 제 맛 내는데,

봄철부터 일찍 피우는 꽃으로

어찌 떡을 만들겠나

 

쑥덕쑥덕 말로만 떡을 하는 세상

향이나 제대로 낼 수 있을는지,

허울 좋은 이름 앞세우고 있구나
