물쑥 Artemisia selengensis

 

물쑥 Artemisia selengensis 초롱꽃목 국화과 쑥속의 다년초. 높이가 120cm. 밑잎의 부분은 흰빛이 돌고 백색 털이 밀생하며 가장자리에 톱니가 있다. 꽃은 8-9월에 연한 황갈색으로 피며 수과는 타원형으로 갈색이다.  全草(전초)를 劉寄奴(유기노)라 하며 월경폐지에 의한 징하(腹中(복중)의 硬結(경결)), 胸腹脹痛(흉복창통), 産後血瘀(산후혈어), 타박상, 金瘡出血(금창출혈), 옹독흔종을 치료한다.
