개사상자 Rough hedgeparsley. 산형과 사상자속의 여러해살이풀. 키는 약 60㎝이다. 잎은 새의 날개처럼 많이 갈라져 있으며, 줄기에서 자란 잎은 길이가 5~10㎝가량이다. 줄기에는 잎처럼 가는 잔털이 많이 나 있다. 꽃은 흰색 또는 자주색으로 피는데, 작은 꽃들이 뭉쳐서 핀다. 열매는 8~9월경에 열린다. 자줏빛이 돌며 긴 타원형으로 생겼다. 이 열매에는 가시 같은 돌기가 있어서 다른 물체에 잘 달라붙는다. 이것은 씨를 되도록 멀리 퍼뜨리려는 식물의 생존전략 중 하나다. 어린순은 나물로 먹고
