그늘골무꽃 Understory skullcap. 통화식물목 꿀풀과 골무꽃속의 다년초. 잎은 마주나기하고 달걀모양에 표면에 털이 있거나 없으며 뒷면은 잎맥에만 털이 있고 가장자리에 굵은 톱니가 있거나 부분적으로 밋밋하다. 꽃은 6-8월에 보라색으로 피고 상부는 입술모양으로 아래 위로 갈라지며 아랫입술이 크고 길다. 높이 4-25cm. 산지의 응달에서 자란다. 주로 간장과 심장과 폐경을 다스린다.
