싸리냉이 Narrow-leaf bittercress. arrow-leaved-bittercress, 긴잎황새냉이, 싹리냉이, 싸리황새냉이, 학명 Cardamine impatiens L. 양귀비목 십자화과 황새냉이속의 두해살이풀. 줄기 높이 50cm이며 꾸불꾸불하고 털이 없다. 모여 나는 근생엽은 우상으로 갈라지며 어긋나는 경생엽은 위로 갈수록 작아진다. 5~6월에 개화하며 총상으로 피는 꽃은 백색이다. 열매는 위를 향하고 탄력에 의하여 터지며 소과경은 옆을 향한다. 어린 순을 나물로 하고 전초는 탄영쇄미채라 한다.
