흰여뀌 Persicaria lapathifolia

 

흰여뀌 Persicaria lapathifolia. 마디풀과 > 여뀌속의 일년초.  높이 30-60cm. 잎은 피침형이고 양끝이 좁으며 표면에 검은 점이 있고 가장자리와 양면 주맥 위에 잔털이 있다. 꽃은 5-9월에 피고 백색 또는 연한 홍색이며 수술은 5-6개로 수과는 흑갈색이다. 홍초는 류마티즘성 관절염, 말라리아, 각기, 瘡腫(창종)을 치료한다.
