민청가시덩굴 Smooth Siebold's greenbrier. 백합과 청미래덩굴속의 낙엽 활엽 만경목. 길이가 5m. 백합과의 낙엽 덩굴식물로 粘魚鬚(점어수)라는 한자명이 있다. 길이 5m 내외로 벋어가며 능선과 곧은 가시가 있고 가지는 딱딱하며 녹색이다. 꽃은 6월에 피고 화피열편(花被裂片)은 6개로서 타원형이며 다소 육질이고 6개의 수술과 1개의 암술이 있다. 검은빛의 열매가 아름다우며 생울타리를 만들면 경관이 아름답다. 어린 순을 나물로 먹는다.
