꿀 빠는 호랑나비 Papilio Xuthus

 

 

 

호랑나비 swallowtail butterfly. 호접(胡蝶), 학명 Papilio Xuthus Butler. 속명의 'Papilio'는 라틴어로 ‘나비’라는 뜻이다. 날개는 폈을 때의 길이가 약 65∼90㎜이고, 제비나비처럼 뒷날개 끝에 날개꼬리가 달려 있다. 봄형은 4∼5월경, 여름형은 6∼10월경에 출현한다. 대체로 봄에 나오는 것은 몸이 작지만 무늬가 선명하고, 여름에 나오는 것은 몸은 크나 줄과 무늬가 뚜렷하지 않다. 식초는 산초나무, 황벽나무, 귤나무, 탱자나무 등이다. 국명인 호랑나비는 석주명(石宙明), 이명 범나비는 조복성과 김창환에 의해서이다. 버드내중학교에서.

호접(蝴蝶) / 박화목

 

 

가을 바람이 부니까

호접이 날지 않는다.

 

가을 바람이 해조(海潮)같이 불어와서

울 안에 코스모스가 구름처럼 쌓였어도

호접 한 마리도 날아오지 않는다.

 

적막만이 가을 해 엷은 볕 아래 졸고

그 날이 저물면 벌레 우는 긴긴 밤을

등피 끄스리는 등잔을 지키고 새우는 것이다.

 

달이 유난하게 밝은 밤

지붕 위에 박이 또 다른 하나의 달처럼

화안히 떠오르는 밤

 

담 너머로 박 너머로

지는 잎이 구울러 오면

호접같이 단장한 어느 여인이 찾아올 듯 싶은데……

 

싸늘한 가을 바람만이 불어와서

나의 가슴을 싸늘하게 하고

입김도 서리같이 식어 간다.
