인진쑥 茵蔯 Capillary wormwood 전라북도 진안군의 산과 들에서 자생하는 국화과의 사철쑥. 더위지기. 애탕쑥, 학명 Artemisia capillaris Thunb. 높이 30cm ~ 1m 눈 내리는 한겨울의 추위에도 살아남아 사철쑥이라 불리며 일반적인 약쑥인 애엽(艾葉)과는 조금 다른 모양을 하고 있다. 채취 시기는 음력 5월 단오 전후.  어린순은 나물로 먹는다. 여름에 더위를 먹고 쓰러지거나 심한 구토와 현기증 등으로 고생할 때 짓이겨 즙을 내어 냉수에 타서 마시면 곧 증상이 없어진다 하여 일명 더위지기라고 부르기도 한다. 각본초명은 호(角蒿), 인진(茵蔯), 인호(茵蒿), 파파호(婆婆蒿)이다.
