개쑥갓 Common Groundsel 학명 Senecio vulgaris. 들쑥갓. 크기 10~40cm 쑥부쟁이목 국화과 금방망이속의 일년초. 꽃은 5-8월에 노란색으로 핀다. 유럽 원산. 잎은 어긋나며 불규칙하게 깃꼴로 갈라진다. 본초명은 구주천리광(歐洲千里光) 대백정초(大白頂草)이며 어린잎은 식용하며 각종 통증에 효험이 있다.
