가시상추 prickly-lettuce 가시고들빼기, 가시상치 학명 Lactuca scariola L. 국화목 국화과 상치속의 다년초. 유럽 원산. 높이 20-80cm, 꽃은 7-9월에 피고 열매는 수과이다. 잎에 가시가 거칠어 연한 잎을 식용한다.
