좀명아주 figleaved-goosefoot. 좀능쟁이, 청능쟁이, 명아주과의 일년초. 학명 Chenopodium ficifolium 소려(小藜), 여(黎), 회조(灰藋). 높이 30-50cm이다. 잎은 어긋나며, 장타원형이다.  꽃은 양성으로 7월에 녹색으로 피고 어린잎은 식용한다. 흰명아주와 흡사한 안데스에서 유입된 퀴아노(quinoa)는 슈퍼푸드로 각광받고 있다.
