타래붓꽃 Iris lacteal

 

타래붓꽃 chinese-iris. 마린근(馬藺根), 마린화(馬藺花), 마해(馬薤), 여실(荔實), 여화엽(蠡花葉), 중국 원산. 학명 Iris lacteal . 화경은 높이 15~25cm. 선형의 잎은 길이 30~40cm, 너비 4~8mm 정도로 녹색이나 밑부분이 연한 자줏빛이 돈다. 잎 전체가 타래처럼 약간 비틀려서 꼬이기 때문에 타래붓꽃이라 한다. 5~6월에 개화하고 잎보다 짧은 화경에 향기가 있는 연한 보라색 꽃이 달리며 꽃잎은 3개로 밖으로 퍼진다. 삭과는 원주형으로 끝이 부리처럼 뾰족하다. 전초를 馬藺(마린)이라 하며 간염, 골수염, 급성간염, 백일해, 안태, 옹종, 위중열, 이뇨, 인후염 등에 사용한다.
