별박이자나방인가 알락흰가지나방인가 지나치려니 뭔가 미진하여 뒤돌아보다 점박이불나방으로 확인. 점박이불나방 Agrisius fuliginosus Moore. 날개편길이 40mm. 더듬이는 미모상이며 회색. 머리, 가슴, 배는 암회색. 목과 어깨판에 각 1개, 가슴 등쪽면 중앙에 2개의 흑색 무늬가 있다.
