좀뒤영벌 Bombus ardens ardens

 

 

좀뒤영벌 Bombus ardens ardens Smith. 꿀벌과.  길이는 14~16 mm. 성충은 5~8월에 출현한다. 암컷의 몸은 흑색이고, 다리는 다소 흑갈색이다. 몸의 하면에는 회황색의 긴 털이 나 있다. 날개는 투명하고 약간 갈색이며 가장자리는 다소 짙은 색이다. 머리는 길지 않고 황색의 긴 털이 났고 종아리마디는 주위에 긴 적살색의 털을 가졌다.
