붉은말뚝버섯 Phallus rugulosus. 말뚝버섯과. 어린 균은 2~3×1.5~2㎝, 긴 달걀형(長卵形)이며 백색이며, 성숙하면 갓과 자루가 7~20㎝ 높이가 된다. 갓은 종형이고 주름상이며, 융기가 있다. 자실층 기본체는 점액화하여 갓에 붙으며, 적갈색~흑갈색이고 강한 악취가 난다.
