가는갯는쟁이 Gmelin's saltbush. 가는명아주. 명아주과 갯능쟁이속의 일년초. 높이 30-50cm. 잎은 어긋나기하고 피침형이고  꽃은 7-8월에 피며 열매는 낭과이다.
