관중 貫衆 Dryopteris crassirhizoma

 

학명 Dryopteris crassirhizoma. 고사리목 면마과의 다년초. 호랑고비, 면마. 고사리가 양지에서 자라는 반면에 관중은 음습한 곳에서 자란다. 키는 50~100㎝이고 어린잎은 식용하나 뿌리는 독이 있어 구충작용, 抗(항)비루스作用(작용), 항균작용을 한다. 털개관중은 섬 지방에 주로 나며 잎자루는 길이 20~30㎝이고 아랫부분이 마른 잎으로 덮인다. 검정개관중은 잎자루에 붙은 비늘조각이 줄 모양이고 검은빛이 도는 갈색 또는 검은색이다. 根莖(근경)을 貫中(관중)이라 하며 회충, 조충, 요충을 구제, 淸熱(청열), 해독, 凉血(양혈), 지혈의 효능이 있다.
