앞붉은명나방 Oncocera semirubella (Scopoli). 명나방과. 날개편길이 28mm. 성충은 5~8월에 나타난다. 더듬이는 실 모양이다. 앞날개의 전연을 따라 백색 줄이 있으며, 후연 쪽 황색을 제외한 전반부는 적갈색을 나타내는 것이 대표적이나, 앞날개의 색깔 변이가 심하다.
