가을뒷노랑밤나방 Hypocata deflorate. 이명 Noctua deflorata Fabricius. 밤나방과. 크기 50mm, 9~10월에 걸쳐 나타난다. 앞날개 전연은 적갈색 바탕에 후연과 외연이 밝은 무늬가 나타나는 변이가 있고 아외연에는 2개의 원곡선 무늬가 있다. 뒷날개는 외연쪽은 폭넓은 검은띠가 있고 기부쪽은 노란 바탕에 검은 무늬가 있다.
