물솜방망이 Alpine-swamp groundsel .초롱꽃목 국화과 솜방망이속의 다년초인 고산식물. 물방망이, 쑥방망이, 유미청(유米靑), 동교배(銅交杯). 학명 Tephroseris pseudosonchus 높이는 55-65cm. 꽃은 5-6월에 피고 황색이며 수과는 원뿔모양.  습지에서 주로 자라고 잎과 줄기에 흰털이 나므로 이름이 유래하였다. 全草는 狗舌草(구설초)이며 肺膿瘍(폐농양), 腎炎浮腫(신염부종), 癰腫(옹종), 疥瘡(개창)을 치료한다.
