십자고사리 Cross holly fern. 十文字羊歯, 고사리과의 다년초. 학명 Polystichum tripteron. 잎은 짧은 뿌리줄기에 모여나는데, 크게 3갈래로 나누어져 잎자루와 같이 십자형으로 보인다. 잎자루의 길이는 10~40㎝, 잎은 20~40㎝ 정도이다. 포자낭은 잎 뒷면에 달리는데, 포자낭의 막은 둥글며 가장자리에 톱니를 가진다. 습기가 많은 숲에 잘 자란다. 본초명 신렬이궐(新裂耳蕨)인 근경은 동통에 효과가 있다. 서귀포.
